RE/MAX - Intern - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
- To acquire new franchisees/agents/associates which involve in Tele sales for the company, which would involve cold calling, referencing for franchisees and soliciting meetings.
Job Role :
- Primarily acquiring new franchisee.
- Regular interaction required Franchise/Agents/Associates till the time of closures or maturity.
- Achieving targets as assigned by the organization monthly.
- Maintaining high quality business.
- Explaining the benefits of our business modules.
- Manage sales activities to generate revenue by calling on self-generated leads i.e. reference network.
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
- Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
- Develop positive working relationship with clients to build business.
Desired Candidate Skills :
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have good negotiation skills and convincing power.
- Should have a good Telesales/Presales and channel sales experience preferably from banking/ Insurance/Franchisee or B2B sales.
- Should be able to make 150+ calls.
