Role Description

The Business Development Manager - Commercial/Retail REAL ESTATE role is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with increasing commercial and retail property sales and leasing services offered by RD Brothers Property Consultant.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in commercial and retail real estate sales and leasing

- Excellent communication skills to lead and manage client relationships

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for clients and the company

- Strong understanding of local and national real estate trends and laws and regulations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant business software

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service to all clients, including the provision of post-sales services and support

- Candidates with a real estate commercial or Retail sales track record and knowledge of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region market will be given preference.
