Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Job | Fresher | Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads. You will need to maintain a database of leads, follow up with potential customers, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

- Ability to engage with customers over the phone

- Answering the incoming calls.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

- Experience in a similar role or customer service is a plus

Qualification

- Graduation is a must.

- Experience in telecalling will be an advantage

- Candidates willing to join on an immediate basis is an added advantage.
