RCM - Beauty Advisor - Sales Trainer (2-10 yrs)
- Create, monitor, and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them for Management reviews
- Sales experience in Cosmetics preferred.
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- To develop training content/ programs coordinating with Training Manager and Marketing Team
- To execute and drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
- Develop Sales strategies in collaboration with Leaders/ Depots/ Stores to optimize customer campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence Associate Buyers through exceptional customer service skills.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to new procedures.
- Maintain professional customer interaction and be sales driven. Create strategies to develop and expand existing customer sales
- Ensure timely submission of Trainer Offline Visits report, mentioning the number of sessions conducted in Stores and the sales achieved through the training sessions conducted.
- Execute goal specific workshop, during field training sessions.
