Rayvat Outsourcing is owned by Mr. Jinendra Shah who is in CEO of - Jenya - an Information Technology based marketing firm. He has a rich experience of marketing in virtual environment and cross border business of 8 years. Jinendra is a first generation entrepreneur with a vision of creating a 1250+ people Outsourcing center at Gandhinagar.

We work hand in hand with our customer to provide them high quality technology solutions and services, with the use of cutting-edge technologies.

Career Profile :

Experience : 2-10 Years

What needed is :

The candidate needs to Deal with clients from Overseas (Primarily US, UK and AUS)

- Should have a sound understanding of the accounting softwares QuickBooks, Xero, Myob.

- Nurturing excellent relationships with the clients and converting one time requirements to repeat business through process excellence

- Generate New Leads/Business in the organization

- Able to fulfill the monthly targets.

- Proactively communicating with the clients via telephone, e-mail and other web portals

- Develop business through cold calls to new and current leads.

- Maintaining and actively managing the company social media marketing page in co-ordination with the marketing team.

- Should have strong verbal and written communication

Represent us to the customer by creating & presenting great looking presentation & convincing demonstrations

Assist customers, prospects & sales representatives to build compelling and competitive business cases

Help the sales team in technically qualifying opportunities that could win business

Design & articulate solutions from an idea or a concept

Participate in winning Request for Proposals (RFP)

Perform feasibility study & comparative analysis

Monitor accurate and correct delivery of solutions

Assist with the qualification of the opportunities & identification of target accounts

- Proven ability to multi task and prioritize

- Self-starter

- Good listening skills

- Fluency in English.

- Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits & value to a customer of a technical solution.

- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions
