The company, started by in 2011 by IIT alumni, is India's leading integrated solar power company with own IPP assets and in-house EPC capabilities. The company has since inception executed more than 300 MW of renewable energy projects making it the 3rd largest solar EPC player in India.

Further, the company was recently awarded - The most promising brand in Power and Energy Sector- by WCRC, an endorsement of its strong technical credentials and on-ground execution capabilities.

Rays Power Infra has started Roof Top division with the name Rays Solar Kart . Rays Solar Kart will be targeting residential Roof Top on lease mode as well as innovative Solar products. We wish to sell our products models through Pan India network of dedicated Channel partners and Retail Stores.

Profile Requirement :

- We are looking for somebody who can lead this venture as a CEO with all the expertise & infrastructure of Rays Power Infra already in place in solar sector.We would expect such a person who is ready to join us at a reasonable discount to his current package against which we will offer Equity to the Candidate in the new venture.

Job Description :

- Lead the business as a owner and not as an employee.

- Research and survey the market to develop a complete array of solar products and services which can be offered to customers.

- Develop various processes, documents, teams and strategy to become a market leader in roof top segment.

- Responsible for creating channel partners/e-distributors across the country who will act as re sellers of our products

- Develop the strategy to appoint channel partners/e-distributors of specific profiles

- Manage the business relationship with the Distribution network

- Firm up sales development plan to drive month and quarter priorities of the channel/region

- To provide feedback to the Senior Management on all the activities of self, team and seek advice for continuous improvement.

- Maintain market intelligence on competitor activity and inform Management about any gaps in our product offering

Skills Required :

- Should be a MBA and passed out out from Premier B School only

- Experience in Channel Management

- Proven pitching skills, strong communication & presentation skills

- Strong analytical skills & clarity in thinking

- Handled a team of at least 40 - 50 people

- Candidates preferred from solar industry.

- Extensive travelling is required all over India.
