Position Summary :

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our real estate team in Mumbai. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and graphics that effectively communicate our real estate offerings to potential clients. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop high-quality materials that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities :

- Design and create visually appealing marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, digital ads, and other promotional materials for our real estate projects.

- Develop and maintain the visual identity and brand guidelines of our real estate projects, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative design concepts that effectively convey the unique selling points of our properties.

- Translate complex real estate information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand infographics, charts, and diagrams.

- Create engaging social media graphics, including images and videos, to enhance our online presence and generate interest in our properties.

- Work closely with the web development team to ensure that the visual elements of our real estate websites are aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in the real estate industry to ensure our marketing materials are current and competitive.

- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the timely and high-quality production of marketing materials.

- Maintain an organized archive of design files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.

- Assist with other design-related tasks as needed, such as designing signage, email templates, and presentations.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.

3. Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

4. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles.

5. Excellent visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

7. Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.

8. Familiarity with web design principles and the ability to create graphics optimized for digital platforms.

9. Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.

10. A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for staying up-to-date with design trends.
