Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. As an IT Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process by understanding client requirements, identifying suitable solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our IT products and services. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and technical experts to create compelling proposals and presentations that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Understand client requirements and challenges and identify suitable IT solutions that align with their business objectives.

- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, prospect new clients, and assist in developing sales strategies.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and competitors' offerings.

- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our IT products and services.

- Collaborate with technical experts to design and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs and requirements.

- Prepare and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs) with accurate and compelling proposals.

- Assist in preparing pricing and contract negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements and developments in IT solutions and products.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, case studies, and other materials that support the sales process.

- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

- Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, business administration or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar role in the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and technologies, including software applications, hardware, networking, and cloud services.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.


- Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and translate them into value propositions and solution recommendations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse client needs and propose effective solutions.

- Good business acumen and ability to align IT solutions with client business objectives.

- Experience in preparing and delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales enablement software.

- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

- Willingness to travel to client meetings and industry events as needed.
