Ranna Gill - Head - Retail Sales & Merchandising (8-10 yrs)
We are a very successful luxury women wear Brand with our Stores in Delhi & Mumbai. We are looking to hire someone to Head our Sales-cum-Merchants Retail Managers post.
The Responsibility includes:
a) At Production House
I. Analytic study of recent two previous seasons sales of various collections at our own outlets and issue of POs for fresh collections for next season.
II. Planning and monitoring the ongoing production with-in the House
III. Insuring high quality of the product and preparing a calendar after discussion with Management for launch of collections in Stores.
IV. Finalising the MRPs of the item before launch.
V. Coordinating with the On-line team.
b) At Retail Outlets
I. Lead coordinate with the Store Managers to achieve given targets.
II. Review the sales performance of all collections on weekly basis subsequent to their launch date.
III. Follow the existing Management information reporting system for analysis and for actions.
IV. Improve the existing data bank and create a loyalty reward for customers.
V. Launching advertisements to increase sales and brand awareness.
VI. Seasonal visual merchandising at stores.
Job Brief:
We are looking for a person to take up a challenging but rewarding job in retail sector. The person having ability to learn and adopt the best practices to take the brand's retail sales to the new heights. The person will act as a channel between company's top Management and store Managers.
Experience:
Preferably a lady with 8-10 years of experience in Merchandising, QA and sales to apply.
Qualification:
B.sc / BA or equivalent in Textile / Garments industry must have through knowledge and experience in digital systems.
