Objective :


To enhance learning capabilities and effectiveness of individuals and organization to sustain innovation, creativity and competitiveness of industry.

Functions :


- Organize in house trainings on all standards and procedures with the help of related departments and with principal company.

- Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.

- Identify the requirement of sales training for the sales and support staff and work out in-dealership as well as maruti training plans for them.

- Develop and impart in house training.

- Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organisation as appropriate.

- Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.

- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.

- Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.

- Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales

- Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development, and to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements

- Attend all new model-training courses and conduct in-house training for all sales staff.

- Keep up to-date on new concepts and implement various methods for conducting the training.

- Interact and communicate with COMPANY on progress of training implementation.

- Analyze the gaps and develop cause and effect diagram for each area and the improvement plan.

- Ensure that concerns get reduced by providing the specifics skill training to the sales team.

- Ensure that all sales personnel will be the part of training.

- Maintain records of training programs of internal as well as external trainings.

- Ensure that reports should be send to TSM on regular basis.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other dealership personnel's and departments.
