Role Description :

Candidate has to work with Government appointed Goods & Service TAX Suvidha Provider (GSP) to interact with prospective clients to explain offerings and understand their requirements like :

- Development of ecosystem of the GST Tool & GSP

- Consumption of API Integration, mode of interaction

- Enriched API

- Plug in approach with other Vendors etc

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for promotion of GST & Tax Compliance tools and services among Tax Professionals and their Associations, manufactures, retailers and their Association, distribution and channel sales.

- The role requires significant interaction with clients, which may be face-to-face or over the telephone.

Tasks are varied and include :

Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.

Development of distribution strategy in alignment with top management vision

Developing effective sales plans & innovative sale strategies

Identifying and developing new business through networking

Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently

Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events.

Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features and processes and then documenting them.

Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals.

Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale.

Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets

Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.

Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations.

Plan effective lead generation campaigns as per the target market segments.
