Job Description :
- Bachelor/Masters in any discipline, Preferable management course in Sales & Marketing
- Responsible for generating revenue of the circle.
- Generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for agreed targets
- Develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing agency relationships
- Contribute to the personal development of all business development managers and executives through excellent leadership and performance management,
- Continually refine the sales process and ensure that the sales team work effectively and prioritize workloads
- To develop and implement marketing and field strategy in co-ordination with the Product Management/ Sales Management team for the territory through meetings or otherwise.
- Fair allocation and distribution of inbound leads
- Ensuring the business formats are followed and best utilization of the resources.
- Meeting all set timelines for collection, claims & targets.
