- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to understand the products and ensure that the product is properly represented, documented, and easily understood by consumers of the information.
- Ability to understand, draft and author high quality product documentation and professional product video meeting global standards, that contributes to the overall success of our products.
- Author technical content using minimalist, structured authoring principles to deliver sharp, accurate, task-based content for a robust Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing teams to author product collaterals such as Data Sheets, Application Notes, Design Notes, Specification Sheets, and Technical Blogs.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Maintain the information architecture.
- Review, proofread, edit, and approve technical documents
- Participate in technical documentation review meeting
