Role & Responsibilities :

- Manage and respond to queries posted by the parents on Community Page

- Interact with internal stakeholders and community members in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive

- Coordinate with different departments for solving the queries of the parents in the Community

- Monitor all community pages and make sure queries are answered correctly.

- Coordinate with Parent Coaches and coordinate for posting quest on the app.

Who is a good fit :

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Social Media/Community Management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree (Bachelors in Mass Media - Preferred)

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
