RailRecipe - Executive - Customer Care (0-1 yrs)
- To accept food orders and call back for order confirmation
- To process orders in a mannered way
- To coordinate with the vendors and marketing team
- Responsible for complete customer support
- To take feedback and follow up delivery information per order
- To manage complaints of individual customers
- To contribute operations information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews
- To communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience including resolving problems and complaints
- Maintain relationship with key operations vendors
- To accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as and when required
