Desired Profile:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to strengthen our brands' and account's Social Media presence. He/She will develop unique Social personalities for our brands/accounts by implementing online marketing strategies across all social media platforms. The preferred candidate should be familiar with working on social media platforms and managing both organic and paid campaigns. You must be a team player and creative to help align yourself with the Brand's vision.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Manage social media accounts (FB and LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest. Twitter, Google My Business and YouTube) proactively

- Social media strategies for clients should be based on the target audience, competitors, USP and offers.

- Create social media calendars for multiple platforms.

- Optimize and monitor ROI-driven campaigns organically and paid, to achieve the best results.

- You should keep up to date with current SM trends and moment-marketing.

- You should be up-to-date on the most recent technical/functional updates from popular platforms, and use them to your brand's advantage.

- Monitor social media conversations and respond to important comments and mentions in real time.

- React to all incoming messages.

- Address online customer queries.

- Find trending topics, account requirements, and the interests of your target audience on social media.

- Provide insight and recommendations for improving performance.

- Implement engaging copy & content.

- Develop optimal posting schedules.

- Monitor social media traffic and category trends.

- Find the most recent trends, news and social content formats.

- Familiarity and familiarity with online engagement tools and social media.

- To inspire and motivate others to share information about your brand, you should seek out influencers and consumers who are actively involved.

- A motivated, enthusiastic self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.

- In-depth knowledge of major and emerging social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter LinkedIn YouTube.

- To maximize the effectiveness of your campaigns, monitor effective benchmarks and KPIs to measure the impact of social media, content and inbound marketing campaigns.

- Monthly and weekly reporting. Data analysis of the accounts.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Excellent copywriting skills to communicate ideas clearly and precisely.

- Proficiency on social media platforms.

- Expertise in organic and paid SMM.

- Experience with social media tools is a must

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint PowerPoint), etc.

- Strong communication skills, multitasking and analytical skills.

- Learn the newest digital and social behaviours with flair.

- Willingness and ability to adapt to the changing Social Landscape.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and prioritize work.

- Teamwork and professionalism are valued highly.

- Strong work ethic, dedication, and diligence. Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Produce work that shows attention to detail.

- Computer skills and writing skills are excellent.
