RachTR - Senior Executive - Technical Support (1-4 yrs)

Reports to : Manager - Technical Specifications
Status : Permanent Full-time
Department : Technical Specification Group (TSG)
As a Senior Executive/AM - Technical Specifications, you'll need to:
Experience : 1-2 years / 3 years
Role & Responsibilities :
- To provide technical support to Sales Representatives and customers by managing the site issues like product failure issues, application issues or site application area.
- Investigating unusual or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventive action.
- To draw the Technical awareness among the clients and customers for the portfolio and ensure product approvals in assigned territory.
- Prepare and provide technical specifications of construction solution systems to the Consultant, Architects, PMCs and Developers for the approval of products to be used in the project.
- Coordinating with the Core Sales team and clients for the better and systematic service ability.
- To conduct training, seminars, presentation on client place and network for ensuring the market presence. Training the applicators, engineers and consultants with the new technology developments.
- Visiting customers with/without sales and engineering representatives to deliver technical presentations.
- To manage a technical force team to conduct onsite mock-ups, demonstrate the performance of products and provide regular onsite technical support.
- Traveling (as and when) required to visit customers within the assigned territory.
