RachTR Chemicals Pvt. Ltd founded by IIM & IIT Alumni in 2013. We have our own manufacturing plant based at Khushkhera Bhiwadi. We have a current presence in Delhi/NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan & Maharashtra. We have been continuously growing our manpower and market both and now have almost 60+ professionals from IIT Kharagpur, IIM Lucknow, BHU and so many renowned institutions. RachTR was incorporated with a vision to serve the growing needs of Consumers across construction and allied industries. Since its inception RachTR has slowly but surely increased its spectrum of activities. RachTR manufactures more than 40 products based on more than 7 different chemistries.

- Drive business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients

- Closely keep an eye on competitor Market.

- Develop a strong network with Contractor, Builder's, HNI Clients, Architect etc.

- Generate Business, Payment follow up etc.

- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Must have :


- Closing skills, client relationships, and presentation and communication skills.

- Client acquisition, retention, enhancement

- Should have experience with all category Contractor, HNI, Individual House Owner- s, architects, structure consultant, project management consultant (pmc).

- Meeting with Civil Contractors/ Interiors contractor/Contractors.

- Achieve sales target for the area allotted in project sales.

- Do technical as well as commercial meetings on behalf of the company with clients.

- Prepare BOQ Specification, proposals and Proforma invoice.

- Identify upcoming projects and specify our products in projects BOQ.

- Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors

- Follow-up with existing clients.

- Experience of Construction chemical and Building material industry.

- Good relations with Builders, Architects, Contractors.

- Experience in Project Sales

- Good communication skills.
