Job Purpose (brief) :

The purpose of this job function is to produce high-quality content and documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience. The job function is highly cross functional in nature as it includes business, product, solution and marketing requirements

Key Accountabilities (tasks, duties, responsibilities) :

- Strategize and develop content architecture for the business

- Own all the internal and external content requirement and their delivery right from the concept stage

- Produce high quality, easy to understand product documentation and business reports

- Produce high quality, simple customer facing marketing material across all online and offline channels

- Own proof-reading/review all internal and external content deliverable

- Responsible for developing scripts for webinars, interviews, podcasts and event

- Responsible developing white papers, case studies, infographic content, website, blog, social media, customer presentation, investor presentation, internal reports

Responsible for (staff/equipment) :

- Tactical Marketing Vertical for Marketing Division

- Other key relationship

- Strategic Marketing, Sales, Leadership Team.

Personal Details :

- Bangalore Based or ready to relocate

Essential/Desirable Qualifications :

- University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferred or Mass Communication Graduate

Experience :

- Proven working experience in technical writing of technical product, solution and services

- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

- 5+ Years experience with B2B product or services company

- Prior working experience with any energy management company will be an added advantage

Skills :

- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

- Previous experience writing marketing content, documentation, reports and procedural materials for multiple audiences

- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye detail
