Position Summary : 

- We are looking at City Managers who will lead the business Development for their respective geographies. They will liaison with Customers and Supply Partners to grow the demand and Supply side of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities :

As a City Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following :

- In charge of acquiring new customers for Full Truck Load (FTL) business.

- Responsible to follow up and plan meetings with senior management of the customer and the company.

- Achieve targets for business from new customers

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through weekly/ monthly update on performance

- Drive business from Existing customers through Customer Account Management

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of work experience in Sales / Business Development.

- Prior experience to include Business Development in B2B space with New Age Companies like IndiaMart / Trade India / BlackBuck / Rivigo / Bharti Airtel (Distribution) etc

- Highly motivated team player with an ability to work on her/his own with limited supervision.

- Self - driven and should be able to drive initiatives.

- Exhibit good communication skills

- Working Knowledge in the region

Nice-to-haves : 

- Experience in Trucking Sales / Logistics Industry
