Your Role:
- Engage with our users through email, WhatsApp, phone, and chat, providing friendly and efficient support.
- Tackle technical challenges, guide users with easy-to-follow solutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Ensure every interaction is a positive and helpful experience for our users.
Who You Are:
- A people person who loves to chat and help others.
- A quick thinker with great problem-solving skills.
- Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly.
- Previous experience in customer support is a bonus, but not a must.
