Job Description :

Senior Export Manager will be responsible for Increasing International Sales in global markets. He or She will be responsible for the overall sales objectives, supervises, fine tunes & monitors the execution and takes proactive initiatives to seize every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with companies-policies & strategies.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Studying the market in the target country/countries.

2. Identifying market for exports & developing new business accounts.

3. To plan, design, develop & implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs & requirements.

4. To ensure that all sales activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales & within the given time.

5. To take initiatives and efforts to develop constructive & effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.

6. Negotiating the sales terms & meeting the sales targets.

Qualification, Skills & Attributes :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in International Sales and Marketing, International Business or any related field.

- Successful previous experience (4-5 years) in International Sales from Tiles Industry with track record of consistently meeting sales targets.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Strong business sense and industry exposure.
