Job Description :

Senior Area Sales Manager will be responsible for creating Sales Channels and managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth. Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting etc.

Job Location : Rajasthan

Role & Responsibilities :

1. To create Distribution, Dealer and Sub-Dealer network.

2. Develop Sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.

3. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.

4. Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.

5. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

6. To create orders through Dist & Dealer Network.

7. Identifying the right customers and their decision makers to create sales in his region.

8. Creating Sales along with good Brand Positioning in that Dist. /Dealer.

9. To follow up for A/C Receivable, Inform accounts accordingly.

10. Understanding the upcoming Trends & guide R&D towards development required.

11. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.

12. Appreciate the contributions and accomplishments of sales employees through proper rewarding mechanism.

Requirements :

- Should have minimum 7 years of experience of the region from Sanitary ware, Faucets or relevant industry.

- Min 8-10 Years exp in Sales- Hardcore Sales

- Strong Market knowledge

- Strong Communication and Presentation skills

- Focused and result oriented

- Should have analytical skills with problem solving attitude

- Self motivated and good leadership skills

- Qualification- Any (Graduate/Post- Graduate)
