We are looking for an experienced International SalesManager (Females willing to Flywould have an advantage in Selection ) to contribute to our Company objective of Increasing Sales in the respective international markets. You should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth in the market. He/ She will be responsible for generating and enhancing pre sales/sales of the products.

Role and Responsibilities:

- To promote company products in the respective market.

- To understand new trends in the market, find and meet new prospective clients.

- Responsible for the Clients Management and Client Development.

- Prepare action plans for effective search for sales leads and prospects.

- Assist in Business Proposal preparation, Pricing, Offers and handle correspondence. Maintain and update records, Reports, Offers and Business Information related to exports.

- Work as a team member collaborating and assisting team to achieve desired objectives.

- Key activities analyse and monitor the current market share and prepare a business plan to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the growth of market share.

- Developing and driving sales activity by considering the sales offers and evaluating potential in the market.

- Executing marketing efforts and reaching regular sales target by carrying out market research activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales is MANDATORY.

- Total work experience should be minimum 5 years or more.

- Fluency in English language is must.

- Excellent Communication skills are mandatory.

- Should be eager for International Travel.

- Qualification- Any (Graduate or Post- Graduate) in International Sales, Exports, Marketing or any other relevant equivalent degree.

- Self starter, self motivated with strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast paced work environment.
