Qutone Ceramic - Manager - Customer Relationship (3-30 yrs)
Job description :
- We are looking for a customer relationship manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship manager will work closely with the sales, design and execution team to ensure that all staff preserve relationships with clients.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- As a Customer Relationship Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining a Long-Term Relationship With The Customer. You Will Also Be Responsible For Knowing The Customer's Needs And Demands
- As a CRM, Need To Coordinate With Our Design Team & Operations Team According to Client Requirements On Daily Basis
- Handling Customer Escalations With Effective Communication Skills and problem solving skills.
- Identifying Customer Demands And Requirements and accurately documenting and sending to respective departments.
- Maintaining Good Relationship with Customers via constant communication and follow-ups.
- Collecting Feedback from Individual Client Would Be Appreciated after We Deliver the Project to them and suggesting improvements.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Education Qualification : Any Degree
- Should Have Telesales Or CRM Experience . ( Mandatory )
- Experience : Minimum 3 years in same organization
- Languages : Fluency in English is Must .
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience Working With MIS Office Must
- Time Management & Organizing Skills
- Ability To Work Under Pressure Sometimes While Co-coordinating With The Clients
- Should be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
