Job description

- We are looking for a customer relationship manager ((Females Preferred) ) preferably with knowledgeof tiles industry to be responsible for engaging with key international customers by building and preserving trusting relationships.


- The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with exsisting clients.


- Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship manager will work closely with the sales, design and execution team to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.

- Females with minimum 5 years of experience as CRM preferably with knowledge ofTiles industry are preferred .

Roles & Responsibilities :

- As a Customer Relationship Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining a Long-Term Relationship With The Customer. You Will Also Be Responsible For Knowing The Customer's Needs And Demands

- As a CRM, Need To Coordinate With Our Design Team & Operations Team According to Client Requirements On Daily Basis

- Handling Customer Escalations With Effective Communication Skills and problem solving skills.

- Identifying Customer Demands And Requirements and accurately documenting and sending to respective departments.

- Maintaining Good Relationship with Customers via constant communication and follow-ups.

- Collecting Feedback from Individual Client Would Be Appreciated after We Deliver the Project to them and suggesting improvements.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

Education Qualification : Any Degree

- Preferably from tiles industry

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRM.

- Languages: Fluency in English is MUST .

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience: Working With MS Office Must

- Time Management & Organizing Skills

- Female candidates are preferred.

- Should be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
