Job Description:

Assistant General Manager is responsible for sales performance for assigned region in European countries. He or She will be responsible for the overall sales objectives, supervises, fine tunes & monitors the execution and takes proactive initiatives to cease every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with companies-policies & strategies.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. To promote company products in the relevant markets.

2. To understand new trends in the relevant market, find and meet new prospective clients.

3. Responsible for the Clients Management and Client Development.

4. Prepare action plans for effective search for International sales leads and prospects.

5. Assist in Business Proposal preparation, Pricing, Offers and handle correspondence. Maintain and update records, Reports, Offers and Business Information related to exports.

6. Work as a team member collaborating and assisting team to achieve desired objectives. .

7. Key activities analyse and monitor the current relevant market and prepare a business plan to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the export of products.

8. Developing and driving export sales activity by considering the sales offer & evaluating potential in international markets.

9. Executing marketing efforts and reaching regular sales target by carrying out market research activity in chosen export markets.

Requirements :

- Minimum 8-12 years of International Sales experience in European market.

- Italian/German Language will be an advantage

- Qualification- Any (Graduate/Post Graduate)

- Market Feasibility

- Robust Negotiation Skills

- Strong Communication and people skills

- Presentation and Independent Mindset

- Ability to work in tight deadline pressure
