Quixote - Manager - Sales (2-8 yrs)
1. Build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
2. Prepare sales action plans & strategies to achieve results in multiple verticals.
3. Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
5. Co-ordinate with CRM, Marketing & Engineering departments.
6. Ensuring project delivery to the client on time.
7. Preparing proposals for prospective clients.
1. Both verbal and writing abilities have to be tapped in this role. The candidate must be great at networking & professional communication. The candidate should also be socially adept.
2. The candidate must love Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
3. The candidate must possess good negotiation skills.
4. Attention to detail, time management, planning and good organizational skills are prerequisites.
5. Possess the ability to keep the information strictly confidential.
6. Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hour
