Who could you be? (Experience and Background):

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads, effectively communicating the benefits of our Quitsure app, and converting these leads into loyal customers. Additionally, the role involves providing occasional chat support, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our users.

What you will be doing here:

- Engage and follow up with inbound leads via phone calls, text chats, and emails.

- Understand the needs and challenges of potential customers and effectively communicate how Quitsure can address these.

- Conduct product demonstrations and guide leads through the sales funnel towards successful conversion.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest USPs and features of the app and industry in general.

- Provide occasional chat support, offering information and assistance to app users.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Competencies required for this role:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. Preferably in the technology or health and wellness sector.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and converting leads.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Empathetic and customer-oriented approach.

- A Bachelor's degree.
