Role Description :


We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence from scratch and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work across multiple platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Your role will focus on content creation and curation, community engagement, strategic planning, and analytics to build a cohesive and dynamic online presence that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. The end goal of the role would be to increase followers and engagement in all the social media handles while being part of the successful marketing campaigns.

Qualifications Required :

- Strong portfolio of diverse social media channels with atleast 10K followers.

- At least 2 years of professional experience as a social media manager (growth).

- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms.

- Excellent knowledge of Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram analytics as well as best growth practices.

- Good understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe/Canva and Video editing tools such as Final cut pro, Adobe premier pro.

- Strong hold in campaign management, engagement strategies, influencer collaboration and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for each social media platform.

- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand visibility and traffic across all platforms.

- Monitor, track, report and analyze performance using social media analytics tools.

- Foster community interaction and communication through regular engagement strategies such as polls, contests, and Q&A sessions.

- Collaborate with influencers and industry professionals to extend reach and authenticity.

- Plan and lead social media campaigns that align with business goals, monitoring effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed.

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and content development teams to ensure brand consistency and to amplify our marketing message.

- Manage database of design assets.
