Who could you be? (Experience and Background) :

- We are looking for a growth hacker to analyze and select the right marketing channels for our business and devise strategies to expand the business. In this role, you will closely work with the founders and the marketing team to determine key gaps, limitations, and opportunities for our business. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand's market share and customer base.

- The role will require you to be innovative, passionate about startups, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth.

Responsibilities :

- Researching and understanding the company's vision and goals

- Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company

- Identifying growth opportunities

- Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business

- Using data, analytics, and other tools to inspire decisions and growth strategies

- Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets

- Designing the best long-term and short-term strategies with the given budget and reporting them to the management

- Devise strategies to support the rapid scaling up of the business

Requirements :

- An MBA degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar

- A minimum of 3 years experience in a related role and in the startup space

- A proven track record of successful growth strategy implementations

- Expertise in different branches of marketing including digital marketing, performance marketing, pull & push marketing, etc

- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics

- Knowledge of various growth hacking techniques to expand the business with speed

- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset

- Self-motivated and passionate about startups.
