Job Description

We have a rewarding and lucrative International Sales Manager position on our Sales team for college graduates with 5+ years of direct sales experience. The positions may be based out of Bangalore. Your main responsibilities will be to acquire new clients by presenting our software solutions, manage client requirements, and negotiate partnership deals with media houses, publications and dynamic content producing companies. You will carry a new-booked business quota. You will be required to prospect, gain proficiency in the solution, present effectively, demonstrate solution-selling skills and effectively manage your pre-sales account executive to ensure prospects turn into actual customers.

Position Duties

- Develop and call on new prospects within the media and publications space in an effort to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations

- Present products and services to big media companies in International countries

- Exceed established new business revenue targets for software sales

- Develop and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts worldwide and create individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts

- Set goals for annual revenue achievement against each prospective account

- Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report

- Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all new business opportunities

- Monitor and report sales activity within the system

- Work with the management team, Client Services and Technology teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction with Quintype's products and organization

- Ensure customer issues are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner

- Initiate, manage, take ownership of strategic dialogues with other teams, including Marketing, Technology, client services, and other related divisions

- Drive Quintype's Marketing team to identify new markets and formulate strategies to penetrate them

- Coach, mentor, provide feedback and improve the skill set and productivity of the Pre-Sales team

- Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown

- Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in high performance sales environments; media/publication, digital marketing or software industry experience highly preferred

- Proven ability to identify, target and secure key business relationships

- Experienced in creating action plans

- Direct, previous track record of outbound international sales through online demos and webinars, excelling at -developing relationships over the phone, consistently achieving or beating quota for individual sales performance

- Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment

- Must be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function

- High degree of computer literacy is a must

- Previous experience selling an ASP/subscription/SaaS license internationally outside India is a plus

- Relevant experience may include selling Digital Marketing solutions, publishing platforms, CRM or CMS systems, ASP based data systems and/or software development services.

- 5+ years in digital media, publications, or related industry is a plus

- Digital Marketing and publishing technology, WordPress or CMS software knowledge is a plus
