Key Requirements :

- Engineering Bachelors + MBA required with experience of 0-2 years

- Should be ready to join in the next 15-45 days and required to be in Bangalore (not remote)

- If it is a fresher with no experience, they will be hired as a PM Intern for 6 months

- If it is a candidate with experience, they will be hired as a PM with 6 months of probation period

Job Responsibilities

- Help define product roadmap based on business leader's strategy, competitive landscape and customer requirements.

- Manage the development of current and future features, user stories, and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing customer needs.

- Drive the usability vision for the product and user interface designs.

- Manage the product backlog and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed.

- Participate in development, testing, and deployment reviews to assure requirements are being properly addressed.

- Product demonstration and training for the field, operational teams and critical customers.

- Act as a leader within the company & help drive product innovation into the corporate culture.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- A technical bachelor's degree and MBA preferred.

- 0-2 years- experience in a technical role prior to MBA will be a key plus too.

- Any prior experience as a business analyst or a customer-facing role as a domain expert will be a key plus

-UX and/or User Interface Design skills will be a key plus.

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
