Looking for freshers with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Work Location - Indiranagar, Bangalore.
NOTE : Must be fluent in English and Hindi
Designation - Customer Acquisition Executive (Labs team)
Department - Labs & Operations
Timing - 06 days working (10:00 am -7:00 pm)
Responsibilities -
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Actively seek out customers
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross-sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
NOTE :
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi
- Should be energetic.
- No field work required.
- Completely office job.
