Quikkloan - Executive - Telesales (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Candidate will be responsible for calling & follow-up with the customer, Documents Pickups etc.
- Prior experience of Credit cards, Loans, Insurance will be an added advantage
- Preferably the candidate should be from any banking industry
- Warm calling on each interested leads generated online
- Assist customers to complete loan application on Website/Mobile App
- Need to coordinate with Banks and Client in regards to their Loan Application
- Attend to customer's enquires and Follow up with existing customers
- Selling Personal Loans over the phone or meeting and exceeding the sales targets
- Candidate must be ready to make 100 calls every day
Skills and Qualifications :
- PUC/Degree/PG
- Sales driven and self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Good spoken English and Mother Tongue
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays when needed
- Training will be provided
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Personal Loan; No fresher
- Working hours - 10. am to 7.00 pm
- Monday to Saturday (6 days) working
