- Ability to prospect and recruit new Partners/Distributors in the given territory.
- Should Understand Partners and Alliances ecosystem.
- Should be able to handle Partner accounts for day-to-day activities.
- Reaching out CXOs and key decision-makers to convert them from prospect to partner/customers.
- Active on business networking portals and blogs such as LinkedIn to generate prospects and reach out.
- Should be comfortable working in shifts.
