Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of messages and calls to attract new leads.

2. Reaching out to prospects through calls or messages to assess their needs.

3. Nurturing the leads, following up with them, and understanding their issues inside out.

4. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

5. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

6. Analyse the market's potential, and track sales, and status reports.

7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

9. Continuously improve through feedback.
