JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and should have a prior calling experience.
2. Solve queries of the customer via call.
3. Will be responsible to follow the procedures of technical/non- technical process.
4. Give customer satisfaction with confident and polite tone.
5. Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in technical support process, providing troubleshooting steps over the call or by giving other solutions over the call.
6. The candidate should be an immediate joiner and should join by 11th Jan 2021.
