Job Responsibilities
- Creating engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
Skills:
- Experience & speed in using Canva or other Content Creation tools
- Creating Infographics
- Posts [Slides, Images, GIF & Videos]
- Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Story creation
- Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image, and video)
- Good verbal & written communication
- Organization & Professionalism
Good to have
- Experience in using Video editing tools and graphic designing
- Experience in creating Podcasts or using audio tools like Audacity
