Job Title - Sales Executive
Location - Bangalore / Chennai
Note - Candidate should have Experince in Software Sales/CRM Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the fitness industry, including gyms, health clubs, fitness centers, and personal training studios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our gym management software.
- Understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor sales proposals to address their specific requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to management on a regular basis.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand professional network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in selling software solutions or within the fitness industry.
- Strong understanding of gym operations and management processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.
