Roles & Responsibilities for Business Development Manager

1. Responsible to generate business & manage leads

2. Experience in selling IT services, IT sales, software sales will be preferred

3. Should be able to analyses business Challenges, identify problems and able to propose solutions for same.

4. Strong Business Proposal writing, slides presentation, and other documents writing skills

5. Experience in Client interaction, negotiation, follow ups and close the deals.

6. Working experience for International market and Domestic Market

7. Should maintain relations with existing clients and generate sales through referral.

8. Good interpersonal skill to build excellent client relations over phone and emails.

9. Should be able to communicate with clients proactively and extend effective client support.

10. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
