Quarks - Executive - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling products/services related to [industry/niche].
- Familiarity with [specific industry software/tools].
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving market trends and changing customer needs.
Must know the local language.
- A candidate from the fitness industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Comfortable in Travelling
- Once the candidate gets selected he needs to come to Noida for training purposes for one week.
