We at Quantum are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help us execute the following functions.

- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns across relevant channels to help promote the brand to a select audience

- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests

- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- B2B Campaign management to increase the efficiency of customer acquisition, customer retention, and communicating right with Quantum's audience across channels

- Must have knowledge about Google Analytics and should be able to independently implement sales funnels and be able to monitor them

- Identify weaknesses in campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints and is able to ideate on creatives, ad copy and description changes to better optimize campaigns

- Campaign optimization techniques, retargeting campaigns, across various channels like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

-Plan and execute Lead Generation Campaigns with high intent leads at optimized costs to fit the CRM funnel aptly

- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

- Plan and maintain a rolling social media calendar and well versed with scheduling content across channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube

The following skills and qualifications will be preferred in candidates that apply for the responsibility:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)

- 4+ years of recent experience in actively managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Twitter

- Familiar with online content marketing and social media development strategies as well as retargeting strategies

- Familiarity with CRM tools

- Familiar with Capterra
