Quantum - Executive - Business Development (2-6 yrs)

A business development executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The executive is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organization's products/services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Play a crucial part in the formulation and execution of the company's Marketing and Sales strategy and in the achievement of the Top Line (Revenue) numbers.

- The BDE maintains the short- and medium-term marketing/sales plans as directed by the BDM/MM and communicates with clients as per the communication strategy.

- Should maintain client contact and sales maturity in our CRM and publishes a status each week.

- Responsible for CRM & Database Management

- Should communicate with global Channel partners in ensuring that they are delivering as per plan, and follow-up directly towards sales.

- BDE would be required to extensively determine sources for companies that may be a target for our products, and in conjunction with the BDM, maintain a direct sales channel.

Skills Required:

Primary Skills:

- 3+ years' experience as a Business Development executive.

- Should have experience in an IT Software company.

- Must know Marketing - theoretical and Practical concepts.

- Sales techniques including presentations, collaterals and campaigns.

- Experience in looking for overseas clients online.

- Experience in cold calling.

- Must know On-line resource management, Data mining and CRM management.

- E - campaign coordination.

- Experience in B2B or B2C.

Secondary Skills:

- Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.

- Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.

Experience in Website maintenance and press releases.

- Latest marketing techniques
