Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Sales representatives will work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. Also focus on inside sales, which typically involves "cold calling" for new clients or on outside sales, which will involve visiting
clients in the field with new or existing clients.
1. Identify relevant and valid leads from the market.
2. Make calls/visits to prospects.
3. Generate orders to meet goals.
4. Provide market feedback to product dev teams
5. Maintain client relationships thru the delivery to collections phase.
