Role: Marketing Manager

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Work Location: Mumbai

Educational Qualification(s) :

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related areas OR MBA/ masters with specialization in Marketing or related areas. With the right kind of experience, we are open to considering alternate educational backgrounds.

This person will be responsible for online marketing initiatives for a product or business line at the company. She/he will be given ownership to achieve digital marketing objectives and milestones for the vertical. We are looking for an entrepreneurial person, who is excited about digital marketing and has the drive to work independently in identifying the best strategies in online brand building. This person will work closely with other members of the marketing team, internal stakeholders and external vendors, in achieving brand and marketing goals. We would ideally prefer somebody who has worked in a similar role and has managed multiple successful online campaigns.

Responsibilities : 

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including online events, launches, announcements and achieve pre-decided targets and goals for impressions, engagement and conversion for the product/business vetical

- Oversee social media content planning and execution. Maintain social media strategy and calendars for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

- Manage and maintain websites with internal and external IT support

- Plan and manage SEO activities for the website to increase traffic on an ongoing basis

- Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the website including increasing traffic, reducing bounce rate etc.

- Oversee and optimize Google AdWords campaigns and on Social media campaigns

- Support offline events with online campaigns

- Carry out lead generation activities on LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Skills : 

- Good communication skills

- Good content editing and writing skills

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in delivering results

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns, and report progress and status internally

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML/JavaScript to maintain the website, and monitor SEO activity for the website

- Expertise in the use of word processor, spreadsheet and presentation tools

- Project management skills: Ability to meticulously plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities
