Quadsel - Customer Support Role - Technical Voice Process (0-1 yrs)

We have opening Immediate Opening for -Technical Voice Process


Roles & Responsibilities :


- Assist customers with any Malware, Virus, Hardware related issues.


- Answer Phone to respond to customer inquires and troubleshoot for any Malware issues


- Assist customers with installation / uninstallation of antivirus products.


- Assist customers with product configuration, error messages & / or common issues


- Project a professional company image through phone interaction


- Provide customers with product and service information


- Transfer the customer appropriate department if required


Eligibility :


Candidates with minimum 4 months of Technical support International voice experience can apply.


Required Skills :


- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.


- Looking for both UG/PG (in any discipline).


- Candidates with experience in Customer support / Technical Support can apply.


- Aspirants with good Tech knowledge and basic windows concept.
