QtPi - Executive - Customer Success (2-5 yrs)
Required Skills :
- Excellent verbal presentation and communication skills.
- Must be an Independent thinker and possess the ability to make new connections
- Work with strategic people and align with Quality STEM education at scale
- Negotiate a win-win deal and should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions
- Should be able to improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
- Ability for fast redressal of customer grievances and actionable items.
- Evangelize product and generate Revenue Growth by upselling
- Possess excellent project management, multi-tasking, and time management skills and also an understanding of how to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated record of handling existing customers in a B2C environment. Excellent in building stakeholder/Client relationship across levels
- Work closely with the R & D team and mentors to bring best class STEM education to every child. Should have ability to prepare and interpret flow charts, work breakdown, and schedules.
