Qrated - Executive - B2B Sales (1-4 yrs)

Job description :

- Initiate partnerships with new accounts and actively managing existing relationships in the Apparel industry

- Work closely with the partners to understand their pain points, and adequately explain features and benefits of the App (Qrated App on Google Playstore) to their needs to help promote sales.

- Maintaining a strong relationship with merchants and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same.

- Streamline as well as adhere to processes and systems and provide inputs to senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.

- Meet your monthly revenue targets and close new business deals by coordinating the requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating partner needs with business operations.

- Should be able to handle potential clients when on the field as the first in command.

- Keep partner satisfaction at the core of every touch point with the partner.

- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals

- Attention to detail and ability to critically think through and resolve problems

Required Candidate profile :

- 1-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management in the Apparel or Clothing Industry

- Experience in B2B Apparel industry is a plus

- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the best businesses partner with us

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills; Extremely comfortable with MS Office

- Attitude & Aptitude for Sales

- Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders through active project management and communication
