Qleverlabs - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Responsible for making sales strategies, business proposals & presentations.
- Should have experience in the B2B lead generation
- Following the sales process from end to end. Eager to expand company with new sales, clients & territories
- Enforce pipeline management best practices, and metrics to enable sales teams and sales managers best practices and report on weekly basis
- Should be familiar with Sales HUB and other CRM platforms
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Years of experience: 2-5 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Should have Selling experience of Website designing & Development/Mobile applications.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Strong communication skills, Email Marketing skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Ability to lead a sales team.
